Albert is a past president of the greater Windsor Home Builders' Association and has served in the organization for a number of years, twice as president.

His expertise in the building industry is unparalleled in Windsor and Essex County. His knowledge of the Ontario Building Code is well respected by builders and building officials alike. He is also well versed in the related regulations particularly Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code. He is in frequent communication with municipal building departments, and with both the Ontario and Canadian Home Builders' Associations. Not only is he knowledgeable about current practices and policies but he also considers historical facts and is an inveterate problem solver. He brings enthusiasm and thoroughness to every task that comes his way. In all cases his approach, whether it is opinion or solution, is conciliatory and balanced.
