GS Engineering was engaged to design a custom industrial cart to support the transport and storage of heavy tooling and equipment. The cart was designed with three reinforced shelves, each independently rated for 2,000 lbs, for a total load capacity of 6,000 lbs.
The structure was engineered for both durability and flexibility in a demanding shop environment. The cart was designed to roll on heavy-duty casters and includes integrated features allowing it to be safely lifted and moved using a standard pallet jack.
Our design process included detailed load analysis, material specification, and fabrication-ready drawings to ensure both performance and ease of use. This project showcases our ability to deliver purpose-built material handling solutions tailored to specific operational needs.
